SCORING DIRECTIONS
- Rate your Appraisal Panel Members. You will rate yourself. Your identiy will not be known so be fair, honest and objective.
- Each time you complete an appraisal you should vote, as each Panel experience will vary.
- When voting the score becomes the collective average of everyone who voted. It is not your average but the Voting Members’ Average.
- Each category gets a collective average on that category from all votes.
- The total Average is the collective average of all categories from all votes.
- There are 2 Appraisers and 1 Umpire on each Panel.
- As an Umpire, you will be voting on yourself and the 2 Appraisers.
- As an Appriaser you will be voting on yourself, the Opposing Appraiser and the Umpire.
- You may not always have activated a Umpire, in that case don’t vote on the Umpire. We will then be able to compare the total votes and know how many times Umpires are not involved.
- Scoring System: 5 Stars is the Highest-Best Rating,
Example: If a Panel Member is NOT Impartial they would earn 1 Star. - A Certified Panel Member gets 5 Stars.
- A Un-Certified Panel Member gets 1 Star.
- When you have completed one column click submit then refresh your screen before you score the next column.
- Refresh your screen to update your score and the averages when you have completed all scoring.
- You can vote as many times as you want to record each Appraisal Panel experience you are on. This will give the APN Members a good understanding of the categoryand overall averages.
- Lastly….if you have suggestions on additional categories please let us know!
